Vertigo * * * * *

Vertigo has to be Western Australia's premier skate parks. Vertigo offers a 5' half pipe, 3' mini ramp with extensions, 4' spine, 5' bowl and a small street course. The half pipes are good but on the spine one transition is taller and steeper than the others just to keep you on your toes! The street course has a fun box with a double rail, a few of quarter pipes (2 with vert), a tall wedge ramp with a rail down one side and a small table top joining the mini. Cost is $6 for a 2 hour session.

Rocko Skate Park * * * *

Rocko Skate Park is relatively new, only opening late 98. On its opening day over 300 people came here to see it for the first time. Rocko skate park was designed by several Rockingham High year 10 Students. This is my home skatepark and which I use the most. The skate park features, a Pyramid, couple flat banks, fun box, small half pipe, grinds, bowl and several quater pipes, the skate park is intirely cemented. The cost of the skate park is $3 for the intire day. The skate park is next to Rockingham police station down near the foreshore.

Mandurah Skate Park * *
Western Auitralia
Found on the southern side of the Mandurah Foreshore, lies the Mandurah skate park. Only very small at the moment consisting of a quater pipe, pyramid, flat banks and a few grinds. There said to be building the addons onto it in the near future. The skate park is intirely cemented, and is free.
